Guarantees
A guaranteed attendance figure is required for
all meal functions seventy-two hours prior to
the date of your function. Room rental is not to
exceed five (5) hours unless previously
discussed with management. An additional charge
of $75.00 per half-hour will be added to the
total rental charge.
Billing
To guarantee availability of a room, a deposit in the
amount equal to 30% of the room rental fee is required
in advance. Final payment of the total room rental fee
is due within two weeks of making a deposit. All charges
will be based upon the guaranteed or actual attendance,
if greater. Deposits are non refundable if cancellation
is made less than 120 days before the scheduled event.
Service Charges
There will be a 18% service charge and 9% sales tax on
all food and beverage items. A 7% state tax is added to
the rental charge. There will be a 3% charge on all
Credit Card sales.
